Terms and Conditions for Free Wall Tiles Promotion

1. Eligibility
   1. The “Free Wall Tiles” promotion is available exclusively to customers who book a complete bathroom supply and installation service with Freshwater Bathrooms and Tiles Ltd. This does not include cloakroom supply and Installation, or partial refurbishment. All items to be Installed in the Bathroom must be supplied by Freshwater Bathrooms and Tiles.
   2. This promotion is valid for new Quotations only (dated between 9^th January 2026 and Febraury 2026) Which meet the requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions, and does not apply to quotations already supplied.
2. Promotion Details
   1. Customers who book a bathroom supply and installation service are eligible to receive free wall tiles, subject to the following terms:

1. 1. • The value of the free wall tiles is based on a maximum of 20m2, and from a limited range of selected tile options specified by Freshwater Bathrooms and Tiles (See In-store for Details)
      • Further Quantities of tiles required will be charged at the normal m2 price (for example, if you require 30m2, 20m2 will be free of charge, and 8m2 will be chargeable)
      • Tiles other than tiles within the promotion may be chosen, however the difference in m2 price will be chargeable (for example, if the promotional tile price is £40 per m2, but you choose a tile at £50 per m2, you will be charged 22 x £10, still getting the value of 20m2 @ £40m2 free of charge)
2. Scope of Promotion
   1. This promotion only applies to the supply of tiles for walls (not floors or other surfaces).
   2. The free tiles will be applied to the bathroom walls only and must be installed as part of the bathroom project booked with Freshwater Bathrooms and Tiles
   3. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, special offers, or loyalty programs.
3. Installation Costs
   1. The free wall tiles are provided at no additional cost, but the cost of installation of the tiles is separate and will be included in the overall quotation for the bathroom installation.
4. Exclusions
   1. The promotion does not cover the costs of any other materials or services, such as floor tiles, grout, adhesive, or labour beyond the scope of the standard installation.
   2. The free wall tiles cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other alternative offer.
5. Promotional Period
   1. This offer is valid from 9^th January 2026 to 28^th February 2026 and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
   2. Freshwater bathrooms and Tiles reserve the right to extend or modify the promotion at its discretion.
6. Booking & Payment Terms
   1. The customer must book the bathroom supply and installation service and confirm the tile selection by 28^th February 2026.
   2. A deposit will be required to secure the booking, depending on the terms of the bathroom renovation service.
7. Limitation of Liability
   1. Freshwater Bathrooms and Tiles will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience caused by issues related to the free tiles provided as part of this promotion.
   2. All warranties, guarantees, or liabilities for the tiles are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
8. Changes to Terms
   1. Freshwater Bathrooms and Tiles reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to the customer before they affect any bookings.
9. Acceptance
   1. By booking the bathroom supply and installation service with Freshwater bathrooms and Tiles, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
