Installation Questions
Generally speaking, we quote 5 – 7 working days for the completion of your bathroom, however, this can vary dependent on the size, and the amount of work involved, for example if the entire layout is being changed, or a wall needs to be removed/built. We will be able to advise you of this when we carry out the initial site survey.
When we give you an installation quotation, it includes everything (apart from the bathroom products), right down to removal of waste and skimming your ceiling. All work to be carried will be detailed on the quotation including Electrics.
In rare cases we will ask you if it is possible for us to put a skip on your property, but normally we will remove all the waste for you daily.
We will never leave you without a toilet overnight, we will always make sure it is available for you to use.
Yes, you can. Our fitters are used to working in this way.
Due to the nature of any type of re-modelling, a certain amount of mess is inevitable, however our fitting team do their very best to keep this to a minimum and will tidy up after themselves each evening before leaving your home. Any areas which our fitters will need to walk will be protected with a floor film and dust sheets.
Payment Questions
We take a 50% deposit on pacing the order and to book you into our diary. A further 25% is then taken at the end of day 2 of the Installation, with the remaining 25% payable on completion of your bathroom.
Our terms are 50% on placing the order, then the remaining 50% payable prior to delivery or collection.
